About 2paynow (the FinTech brand of V2FUTURE)

Founded in 2013 in Amsterdam, 2paynow initially started as a Cross-Border E-Marketing company. By 2015, it has become the pioneering Payment and Marketing partner of Alipay in Europe, as well as the first Social Media Marketing and Payment Partner of Tencent in the region. This partnership was established during the China Delegation trip, which took place alongside the Dutch Prime Minister in October 2015.

Combining all of our experience and skills, 2paynow created the Unified Merchant Platform, enabling European brands to efficiently access the Chinese market through a single portal. By 2024, their platform served thousands of merchants across 26 countries, and they were recognized as WeChat Pay’s Europe Excellent Partner—the sole technology partner.

Your Team

Be part of a team that works hard, dares to think big, and is driven to achieve goals. You will report to the Operation Director and can depend on the support of your colleagues from the finance department and Marketing Department.

Your mission

  • Building strong relationships with key customers and serving as the primary point of contact for all operational aspects of the partnership.
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through regular communication (online and offline), understanding customer needs and promptly responding to questions and problems.
  • Identifying and resolving any operational and technical issues or challenges that may arise during the customer relationship and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Tracking relevant data and analysing performance to understand the collaboration’s effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Processing and submitting all administrative onboarding documents, including answering all inquiries from the acquiring bank.
  • Coordinating Marketing related tasks such as Alipay+ Compaign/Coupon Management and Alipay&WeChat Pay offline campaign management.

  • Background in Science: Strong logical thinking ability, capable of quickly understanding technical product solutions.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese and English;
  • Attention to Detail: Able to identify issues from observations and develop solutions.
  • Data Analysis Enthusiast: Enjoys analyzing data and optimizing operational methods.
  • Responsible and Proactive: Demonstrates responsibility and takes initiative to create value.

Your advantage
